Ingredients
WHEAT flour, raisins 21,5%, marzipan filling 16% (ALMONDS* 31%, sugar, humectant: sorbitol; rum, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, hen’s EGG albumen, flavouring), stollen decor (dextrose, WHEAT starch, fully hydrogenated palm fat), palm fat, sugar, candied orange and lemon peels 3% (lemon peels, orange peels, sugar, glucose-fructose-syrup, acid: citric acid), yeast, glucose syrup, humectant: sorbitol; rapeseed oil, rum, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, dextrose, flavouring, thickener: guar gum; flour treatment agent: ascorbis acid.*refers to the filling.
