At our company, our employees are people and not cost centres. They are our company’s capital, and we therefore find it more than appropriate to enable our team to share in our success. A few years ago, we developed a bonus model in which all of our employees participate on an equal footing, regardless of their age, gender, position or nationality.

On this basis, 2.5 million euros have been distributed over the past five years.

In 2021, the profit share amounted to 386,194 euros!
