Head of Packaging Department (m | f | d)
FULL-TIME - Headquarters MÄDER
THE POSITION
These are your main tasks:
- Organisation, work preparation and control of operational processes
- Monitoring existing quality management systems (including hygiene regulations, cleaning plans) and ensuring compliance with occupational safety guidelines
- Employee scheduling for a well-coordinated team of 15 employees
- Holiday planning
- Unpacking, labelling and pricing of items
- Assembling sales cartons
- Active involvement in day-to-day business
