We engage processors to send our newsletter. These parties have undertaken to comply with applicable data protection legislation in relation to us. A data processing agreement has been entered into pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Further information on the processors engaged by us can be requested by sending an email to datenschutz@gunz.cc. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and the use thereof for sending the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains a link enabling you to do so. You can also unsubscribe at any time directly on this website or inform us of your wish in this regard using the contact option stated at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Your right of access and your rights to rectification, blocking, erasure and objection
You have the right at any time to obtain access to any personal data relating to you that are stored by us. Likewise, you have the right to rectification, blocking or, except in the case of mandatory data storage for business transactions, erasure of your personal data. To this end, please contact our Data Protection Officer. The contact details are provided at the very bottom.
To enable us to give due regard to any blocking of data at any time, such data must be held in a lock file for checking purposes. You can also request the erasure of data provided that there is no legal obligation to archive such data. If such an obligation exists, we shall block your data on request.

Anonymised data
When you visit www.gunz.cc, information will be saved on our servers about your access (IP address, pages viewed, clicks, date). We only use this information for statistical purposes and do not pass it on to third parties.
SSL encryption
Our online platform works with TLS/SSL encryption with at least 128bit. SSL stands for “Secure Socket Layer”, it is an encryption method that guarantees the highest security standards on the internet. The encryption is activated as soon as personal customer information such as your company or address are entered and sent. Through SSL certificates, this information is protected from unauthorised interventions or manipulation during transfer, so that third parties can neither read nor save it.

www.gunz.cc uses cookies in order to enable the use of optimal functions. Cookies are small text files that are filed on your computer. Most of the Cookies that we use are then deleted from your computer at the end of the browser session.
