Ingredients
WHEAT flour, raisins 21%, palm fat, sugar, stollen decoration (dextrose, WHEAT starch, fully hydrogeneated palm fat), candied orange and lemon peel 4% (lemon peel, orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acid: citric acid), water, humectant: sorbitol; glucose syrup, rapeseed oil, yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rum, salt, dextrose, thickener: guar gum; flavouring, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
