Chocolate couverture with peppermint flavoured fondant filling (49%) and a cocoa cream filling (18%).

Ingredients
sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, vegetable fats (palm kernel, palm, shea), cocoa mass, water, highly deoiled cocoa powder 2.7%, emulsifier: E322; natural peppermint oil 0,1%, humectant: E1103; natural flavouring, acid: E330; gelling agent: E406; salt. Cocoa solids: 40% minimum in the chocolate couverture.
